Q. How do flowers arrive?

A. All bouquets are beautifully hand-tied by expert florists and packed in gift wrapping paper. To ensure a long lasting, and fresh gift, our florist then place the bouquet in a water pack. Your gift will be hand delivered, in London, by our own experienced flower delivery service team. For outside of London, we work with this country's best courriers to ensure that flowers reach the recipient fast and in perfect shape.

Q. Do you provide a vase with flowers?

A. We may, occasionally, offer a selection of bouquets with a vase included as part of the gift package. However, all bouquets have an option of choosing a suitable, hand made vase, as an add-on gift.

Q. Can I write a message with flowers?

A.  All our gifts on-line allow for a personalized gift card message to compliment the gift. All gift messages as carefully hand written to make the every order a personal experience.

Q. Can I send chocolates or other options with flowers?

A. You can choose to send chocolates as an add-on gift using the chocolate option on every product. All our chocolates are alcohol free.

Q. Can I choose the size of my chosen product?

A.  You may wish to make a bigger statement when sending flowers, and you may choose from three size options. All bouquets pictured are of a standard size bouquet.


Q. How do I order flowers?

A.  Placing an order on-line is made easy with our website. You may choose by occasion or flower type, with each option containing a selection of suitable bouquets.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A.  If you are unsure as to what flowers to order, or wish to slightly change a particular bouquet then please give us a call and speak to our experienced florists.

Q. Can I pay with PayPal?

A. offers PayPal as an alternative payment option on all products.

Q. Can I create my own bouquet?

A.  All online flowers are our favourite bouquets, but yes you can create your own bouquet. We have some of the largest selection of fresh, seasonal flowers always in stock.


Q. How do I pay for my flowers order?

A. We accept all mahor credit/debit cards as well as PayPal payments. We can not accept cash on delivery.

Q. Can I pay with cash?

A.  Yes, however only in London. Please note it is not our preferred method of payment and we may accept to do so only at our own discretion.

Q. Will I get a copy of invoice?

A.   Upon placing an order on-line or over the phone, you will be emailed your copy of the invoice containing all your order details, such as the order number in case you wish to enquire about your flowers or wish to make a change.


Q. Can I have flowers delivered same day?

A.  We operate a same day delivery service in London only with orders taken up unti 6 PM.

Q. Do you deliver on Sundays?

A.  We cann deliver flowers on a Sunday to any address within London. For Sunday delivery outside of London you need to place your order by 1 PM on a Friday before.

Q. Can I request a specific time delivery?

A.  We also offer an option of timed delivery which guarantees your flowers will be delivered within the time slot specified. You can provide us any additional information in the comment box provided on the payment page.

Q. Can I send flowers to a hospital?

A.  Please check with the hospital if they accept flowers before placing an order. Whilst most London hospitals will accept flowers for patients, some may not offer such a service.

Q. When will my flowers arrive?

A.  If you have chosen the appropriate delivery option then we will deliver the flowers within the given time. Please note, all orders with a standard anytime delivery option chosen, but a particual request within the comment, may still be delivered anytime. We will do our best to fulfil that request but such requests will be given priority to customers that have paid for such a service.

Q. What happens if there is no one at home when you try to deliver flowers?

A.  We will attempt to delvier the flowers to the recipient, however they may not be at the address specified at the time. Our customer service team will give you a call to let you know if that is the case and will seek advice from you as to what we should do next. Should we not hear from you, the flowers wil go out for re-delivery the following day.

Q. Can I track my order?

A.  We offer a full order tracking service on all our orders. Simply login to your account and check the status of your order. If you have chosen for a delivery outside of London, you will be given a tracking code to use on our courier website.

Q. I found a note in my door saying ‘we tried to deliver flowers but you were not in’. What do I do now?

A.  Please call our customer service team and quote the order number provided on the back of the envelope to re-arrange the delivery.

Q. I have not received my flowers. What can I do?

A.  If your flowers have not turned up, please give our customer service team a call and we will look into your query. 

Q. My flowers came without a message or note saying who the flowers are from. Why?

A.  Some senders may wish to stay annonymous. If that is the case with your order, we wil not be able to disclose such information.

Q. Do I have to provide a contact number for me and recipient?

A.  It is always advised to provide us with as much information as possible in order for us to deliver the flowers as soon as possible without any errors.
